The Wharf waterfront restaurant is looking for a strong Senior Chef de partie, this is a fast-paced restaurant with a busy pre theatre client base.

Menu style is Southern European with a strong focus on quality and consistency

About the role

  • Annual salary at $80,000 plus super
  • Based at Pier 4, Dawes Point, close to the Harbour Bridge
  • Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
  • Run your own section
  • Ensure the highest standards of presentation and quality
  • Lunch and dinner shifts rotate Monday to Sunday

Essentials 

  • Experience in fast paced a la carte service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passionate and open to learning new skills in the kitchen
  • Hold valid working rights in Australia with the ability to work full time hours
